SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Credit Repair Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Apex Credit Group, LLC (“Company”), located at apexcreditgroup.com, and the Client (“You” or “Consumer”). By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms within this Agreement. Apex Credit Group provides credit improvement assistance, which may include reviewing your credit reports, identifying inaccurate or unverifiable items, preparing and sending dispute correspondence, offering credit-building education, and providing recommendations to help improve your credit profile; however, no specific outcome, score increase, or removal of any particular item can be guaranteed. As the Client, you agree to provide accurate information and documentation, maintain an active payment plan, promptly update your contact information, forward all credit bureau correspondence within seven days, and refrain from attempting to create a false identity or new credit profile. You understand that all fees are clearly disclosed prior to enrollment, that Apex Credit Group will not collect payment before performing services in compliance with CROA, and that failure to make payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services. You may cancel this Agreement at any time without penalty by phone, email, or written notice, and any unearned fees will be refunded as required by law. Federal law requires you to understand that Apex Credit Group cannot guarantee the removal of accurate, verifiable information from your credit reports or any specific credit score outcome, and the Company does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. By signing this Agreement, you authorize Apex Credit Group to obtain and monitor your credit reports from any consumer reporting agency for the purpose of reviewing your credit and providing personalized service recommendations until your service is canceled. The Company maintains strict privacy and data security safeguards and will never sell or improperly share your information. Apex Credit Group is not liable for actions taken by credit bureaus or creditors, delays caused by third parties, or identity theft unrelated to our services, and its total liability will not exceed the amount of fees paid by you. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Apex Credit Group operates and represents the entire understanding between both parties. By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Agreement, understand your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) (see the Disclosure Statement at https://apexcreditgroup.com/disclosure-statement/), and voluntarily agree to these terms.
