Terms & Conditions of the Apex 90-Day Guarantee
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
1. Full 90-Day Participation Requirement
Refund eligibility begins after day 90 of active service.
Failure to pay, cancellation, or interruption of service during the first 90 days voids the guarantee.
2. No New Negative Accounts
You must not create or allow any new derogatory accounts or negative trade lines to appear on your credit reports after enrolling.
3. Timely Payments
All payments owed to Apex Credit Group must be made on time and in full.
4. Identity Verification Required
Within 5 days of your enrollment date, you must provide identity documents (driver’s license and Social Security card) via mail, fax, or email.
5. 30-Day Audit Window
Once a refund is requested, Apex Credit Group has 30 days to review all three credit bureaus, audit your account, and verify that no deletions occurred.
6. Refund Request Timeframe
Refund audits must be requested between days 91 and 120 from the date of your first payment (which activates your account).
Continuing the program beyond day 120 waives your right to a refund.
